Welcome back to Westminster! I am writing to ask you to stand up for the ocean and marine wildlife in Parliament.The UK’s seas are home to an astounding array of wildlife, from centuries-old corals to magnificent minke whales. Now they’re at breaking point.

Urgent political action is needed to save our seas. Please join Oceana UK in working to:

End new offshore oil and gas drilling and accelerate a just transition to renewable energy.
Ban bottom trawling in marine protected areas and within three nautical miles of the coast.
End overfishing by setting catch limits that do not exceed scientific advice.
